What to expect when you opt in to email updates from Mama's Catering Kitchen.

What Emails You'll Receive
By opting in to email communications, you agree to receive the following types of messages from Mama's Catering Kitchen:
• Menu updates announcing upcoming lunch options for your school
• Seasonal promotions, limited-time add-ons, and special menu features
• Order confirmations and receipts after a successful checkout
• Important service announcements such as school closures, schedule changes, or kitchen updates
Email Frequency
We respect your inbox. You will receive no more than two (2) emails per week from Mama's Catering Kitchen under normal circumstances.
During peak periods — such as back-to-school season or major menu changes — we may send one additional message. We will never send unsolicited emails or share your address with third-party marketers.
How to Unsubscribe
You may opt out of email communications at any time using any of the following methods:
• Click the “Unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of every marketing email
• Log in to your account, go to My Profile, and uncheck the email opt-in box
• Email us directly at contact@mamascateringkitchen.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe”
Unsubscribe requests are processed within 5 business days. Note that transactional emails (order confirmations, account security notices) are not affected by marketing unsubscribes and will continue to be sent as needed.
How We Use Your Email
Your email address is used exclusively for Mama's Catering Kitchen communications. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with any third party for their marketing purposes.
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your personal information. Your email is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized Mama's Catering Kitchen staff.
