Yes. To order regularly priced meals, lunch orders must be placed by noon, two days before the date of service. Meaning, for Monday lunch, orders must be placed before noon on Saturday.
If orders are placed after noon, 2 days before the date of service, this will be considered an emergency meal and will be sold at a higher price point. Emergency orders can be placed up until 11:59 p.m. the day before lunch service.
The menu will be released on the 15th of every month before the upcoming month. I.e., the menu for September will be released on August 15. You can start placing your lunch orders for the month as soon as the menu is released.
Yes! When creating your account, be sure to opt in to email notifications. We will send a reminder email each month when online ordering is available for the upcoming month.
We do our best to accommodate allergies. Please be sure to list your student’s allergies in their profile. If you order a meal that cannot be accommodated for the allergy, we will reach out to you regarding alternative options.
You can place your lunch orders as frequently as you would like. If you would prefer to place one order for the entire month, you can. Or, if you prefer to place orders weekly, you can do that as well.
Orders can be cancelled for full credit to the student’s meal account if cancellation is made no later than noon, 2 days before the date of service. Parents will be given a promo code for the credit that can be used on a future order. Credit must be used within 60 days, or it will expire.
No credit will be given for orders cancelled after the deadline.
